About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll/HR Clerk. This role will be responsible for coordinating and assisting in payroll operations, including data entry, processing, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and processing payroll, including generating payrolls, calculating salaries, and managing benefits
  • Assisting with human resources functions, such as onboarding, employee data management, and benefits administration
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, payroll records, and other related documents
  • Providing exceptional customer service to employees, managers, and external stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll, HR, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
