What are the responsibilities and job description for the Departmental Analyst 9-12 - Michigan Veteran Service Officer position at State of Michigan?
The Michigan Veteran Service Officer (MVSO) will serve as a resource within MVAA providing assistance to veterans and eligible family members in order to maximize the receipt of services and benefits. This position will be assigned to a Mobile Van unit to focus on serving veterans in underserved counties and incarcerated veterans nearing release for the purpose of increasing post-release success. The primary work location will be Lansing when not staffing the mobile unit.

Departmental Analyst P11
Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service.
Departmental Analyst 12
Three years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service.Departmental Analyst 9 - 12
