About DTMB:
The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) supports the business operations of state agencies through a variety of services, including building management and maintenance, information technology, centralized contracting and procurement, budget and financial management, space planning and leasing, construction management, motor vehicle fleet operations, and oversight of the state retirement systems.
About The Position
This position provides a full range of analytical and research activities for Field Services. Position is responsible for areas such as budgeting, resourcing, quality assurance, purchasing, human resource matters, lost/stolen process, and assuring that policy and procedure guidelines are followed and adhered to. This position is also responsible for researching and analyzing process improvements, assisting in project implementation, designing forms, communication, procedures, and instructions in support of Field Services programs and services. This position also manages the Field Services data repository by collecting, analyzing and recording employee information related to location, state-issued asset assignments, job classification, and reporting structure within the department. Position will provide payroll analysis reports bi-weekly for the department and oversees the overtime billing process in conjunction with fulfilling the role of Department Timekeeper.

Required Education And Experience
Education
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
Experience
Departmental Analyst 9
No specific type or amount is required.
Departmental Analyst 10
One year of professional experience.
Departmental Analyst P11
Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service.
Alternate Education And Experience
Departmental Analyst 9 - 12
Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school and the equivalent of at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be substituted for the education requirement.
