What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Developer Specialist - Operations and Training Section position at State of Michigan?
POSITION DUTIES - This position will serve as the OHR Training and Operations Specialist focusing on MDOS wide training, employee engagement and data management. The incumbent will work collaboratively with OHR management to provide specialized consultative guidance to inform planning and strategies related to equity and inclusion, and training initiatives. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, developing training curriculum to address employee training needs; identifying emerging trends and best practices to promote equity and inclusion in the workplace; serving as a data and technology specialist to research, collect, analyze and report on relevant aspects of MDOS internal and external demographics. This position will serve as the department survey champion for statewide employee engagement and represent the OHR Training and Operations team with other State of Michigan agencies, organizations and employees as directed.

APPOINTMENT TYPE/BENEFITS - This position is Full-Time. Therefore, you would be eligible to participate in the benefits offered by the State of Michigan.

Education
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
Experience
Four years of professional experience equivalent to a Human Resources Developer, including two years equivalent to a Human Resources Developer P11 or one year equivalent to a Human Resources Developer 12.
