Job Description
This position serves as the specialist solely responsible for guiding the DNR’s strategic marketing efforts to drive customer growth and engagement. Working with department leadership, division communication representatives and the Public Information Office, the marketing strategist will coordinate the development and implementation of the marketing plans to identify and reach department goals. Additionally, this position will oversee the customer relationship management system to help drive effective marketing strategies and enhance customer relationships.

Required Education And Experience
Education
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any area.
Experience
Four years of professional experience equivalent to a Promotional Agent, including two years equivalent to a Promotional Agent P11 or one year equivalent to a Promotional Agent 12.
