The Tax Administration Services Bureau within the Michigan Department of Treasury is seeking a dynamic leader for the Business Taxes Division. This position administers the day-to-day operations of the division to ensure timely and accurate processing of all business tax returns required to be filed with the Department. This position also administers the Business Tax contact center and is responsible for the efficient resolution of taxpayer questions received by phone, letter, and e-services. Other general functions of this position include: promoting and maintaining an environment conducive to continuous quality improvement and to encourage employee ideas, input and teamwork; and adhering to the Department’s strategic objectives and goals.

Work must be performed in the state of Michigan. If you currently reside outside of Michigan, you must relocate to Michigan to perform the duties of this position. Relocation expenses are not reimbursed.
