Job Description
This position functions as the region expert for maintenance activities and processes. Responsible for developing region maintenance strategies, priorities, and programs in conjunction with the Associate Region Engineer for Operations. This position provides supervision to all maintenance facilities within the region and provides direct oversight for region-wide maintenance activities. The position serves as a resource and adviser to Transportation Service Center (TSC) Transportation Maintenance Coordinators (TMC) for the oversight of maintenance contracts and assists in the development of TSC maintenance programs and priorities. Additionally, this position works closely with the Associate Region Engineer of Operations and Region Financial Specialist during the maintenance budget development process.
The "Salary" listed above is a range that reflects the minimum rate through the maximum rate of the Transportation Maintenance Supervisor 13 position.

Required Education And Experience
Education
Educational level typically acquired through the completion of high school.
Transportation Maintenance Supervisor 13
One year of experience equivalent to a Transportation Maintenance Supervisor 12 or Transportation Maintenance Coordinator 12; or two years equivalent to a Transportation Maintenance Supervisor 11.
