Job Summary
This position is eligible to telework up to three (3) days per week.
As the Vendor / Agency Liaison you will provide professional, technical, and business services, analysis, and oversight as well as coordination and support in the maintenance and operation of the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA’s) processes for onboarding and change management with agency and third party-vendor integration partners.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Three (3) years of work experience doing the following :
- Process mapping and improvement, using frameworks such as LEAN, TQM, and SIX Sigma
- Collecting and managing sets of accurate standardized data using tools such as Excel, including data importation, cleanup, and use of statistical, logical, and text formulas, and analyzing and reporting data via techniques such as queries and pivot tables
- Project coordination or management including developing a work-breakdown structure, estimation, and status tracking and reporting
- Communicating with groups of customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges
- Ability to work cooperatively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and underserved communities
Preferred Qualifications
Physical Requirements
Requires occasionally moving and transporting such articles as file boxes and heavy hand tools or heavier materials with help from others, and moving and transporting light objects frequently. Even though the weights being moved and transported may be a negligible amount, a job in this category may require positioning self to move to a significant degree or may involve maintaining a stationary position for extended periods.
