We are currently seeking job candidates with customer-facing leadership experience for our Administrative Support Supervisor role.
Our Administrative Support Supervisor position exists to plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise TRA’s Administrative Support department, which includes lobby services, mail and imaging operations, facility management, and TRA’s vehicle program. The incumbent will help to develop and maintain comprehensive customer service protocols so that TRA’s external and internal customers are well-supported. The incumbent will also participate in organizational projects to improve department processes and achieve overall organizational goals.
This position is located in our St. Paul, Minnesota office and will require the incumbent to work a schedule that includes in-person work. Additionally, travel may be required up to 10% of the role.
Minimum Qualifications
Two (2) years of professional experience in a customer-facing organization providing customer service related to employee and/or government benefits administration, accounting, payroll, finance, or insurance.
Experience must demonstrate the following:
Successful candidates must also be willing and able to work at our St. Paul Office on most business days in order to ensure the achievement of department work objectives. Some telework may be permitted.
Successful candidates must further possess the ability to secure own transportation for business travel, if a TRA vehicle is not available for use.
Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Experience supervising or providing lead work to lobby or front desk staff.
Experience working for a public or private institution providing financial services.
Experience with office mail/courier, scanning, and/or imaging processes and systems.
Physical Requirements
This position requires occasional transporting of articles such as file folders, ledgers and/or small tools. May be required to move or maintain a stationary position for long periods of time.
