Follows standard kitchen procedures and sanitation guidelines. Prepares food trays with proper amounts of food for individuals with specific dietary needs. Participates in and may also assist in supervising the cleaning of the kitchen and food serving areas. Serves in food lines, stocks foods, and requisitions basic food and supply items.
Typically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 1-2 years of work experience. May require SafeServe Certification.
