Analyzes financial records, rate structure reports, and data gathered by utility companies. Reviews and prepares case materials required in regulatory proceedings. Evaluates procedures and techniques of utility companies for regulatory related matters. Assists other divisions in preparing reports and analysis; collaborates with outside entities to keep abreast of trends and practices. Employees at this level may serve as lead auditor on portions of audits or complete audits.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 2-5 years of experience.
