Northwest Community Services is recruiting for a Full Time Administrative Support Assistant, domiciled in Higginsville, to be a part of a highly effective team that supports over 500 employees, that makes a difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. NWCS is a state operated program within the Department of Mental Health and supports 100 individuals receiving 24/7 residential services in their own homes across four counties. This position supports the daily administrative responsibilities with our Personnel team.
The Administrative Support Assistant must be detailed orientated, work well with others, have good time management skills, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient with Microsoft Excel and other computer programs and willing to travel.
Scheduled to work 8 am to 4:30 pm with Saturday and Sunday as days off.
Once fully trained could be a flexible schedule.
This position will be responsible for timekeeping task, which directly impact payroll. There are two
deadlines for each semi-monthly payroll, that will need to be meet. This position will work closely
with the unit to review time and attendance and make entries into TimeClock Plus and SAM II.

- A valid driver's license
