What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Support Professional - ESP0128 position at State of Missouri?

This position will be located at 2710 West Main Street, Jefferson City, MO 65109. Position hours are Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Supervise 2 staff in the Administration Section.
- Review all payment documentation for accuracy before submitting for payment.
- Prepare and reconcile deposits made within the program.
- Run Access queries and prepare monthly budget reports of expenditures.
- Provide back-up to timekeeper. This includes reviewing timesheet, running payroll reports and payroll transactions.
- Provide back-up to the Fiscal Manager when needed. This can consist of replying to budget questions and updating funding spreadsheets.

Equivalent to those typically gained by:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
(Additional education or experience may substitute for the required education or experience)
Training, certification, and/or education in continuous process improvement programs such as Lean Six Sigma as well as completion of Missouri Way, Leadership Academy, and similar programs is preferred.
