Salary Range : $40,788 - $42,840

The work of the Special Programs Unit is to handle the establishment of the more complex claims, i.e. combined wage claims, federal claims, shared work claims, and military claims. The Special Programs Unit also is responsible for alien verification, RTAA / TRA, SSA verification, and name mismatch issues. The primary role of the position will be to assist in the processing of all incoming work items and correspondence to the Special Programs Unit. The position will also require occasional contact with claimants and the applicant to be flexible and accept all other duties as assigned.
