What You Will Do
- Supervision of a staff, including training and coaching of team members.
- Resolving complex claim and overpayment issues which fall under your authority to address.
- Review work of team members.
All you need for success:
- 6 years of relevant experience ORa Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study and 2 years of relevant experience.

- Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal laws relating to unemployment insurance, and of the rules, regulations, procedures, and interpretations established by the Division.
