This is an opportunity to lead a governmental program that impacts citizens of Missouri and partner with the vehicle industry stakeholders daily. You will oversee management in day-to-day operation of the Driver License Bureau. Three Administrative Managers, a Program Coordinator, and one Lead Administrative Support Assistant will directly report to you. The bureau consists of 108 full-time staff. Operational functions include the issuance of regular and commercial driver license, license withdrawal and reinstatement, customer facing transactional assistance, call centers, and record retention.
