What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Counsel Central Office (Part-Time) position at State of Missouri?

This is a part-time position responsible for reviewing, drafting, and advising the department on contracts, interagency agreements, legislative proposals, administrative rulemaking, and internal policies and procedures. This position is limited to working 1040 hours in a 12 month period.
A qualified applicant must be a member in good standing of the Missouri Bar with experience in drafting legal documents and/or contracts who can readily maintain a suitable degree of autonomy.
