This includes configurations of services on the Cisco Call Manager, Unity, Telephony provider Switches, Voice Mail, and various website portals that support Unified Communications, Toll-Free, Cellular, Biscom, and landline services. The individual will be responsible for assisting with the Cherwell ticketing system, group email, and hunt group calls.
