Northwest Community Services is recruiting for a Treatment Manager for the Cardinals schedule, domiciled in Marshall, to be a part of a highly effective team that supports over 500 employees, that makes a difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. NWCS is a state operated program within the Department of Mental Health and supports 100 individuals receiving 24/7 residential services in their own homes across four counties.
The Treatment Manager position is a managerial position accountable for the administrative management of a treatment unit. Responsible for setting work schedules, delegating assignments, assigning tasks, and evaluating employee performance. Also accountable for establishing employee policies and procedures and supervising professional staff.
Typical qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 5 or more years of relevant experience, and 1-2 years of supervising experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
Scheduled to work 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with Saturday and Sunday as days off, however the expectation for this position is being available 24/7.
