What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement Analyst (Contract Management) position at State of Missouri?

What you'll do :
- Maintain and enter contract information in Division databases.
- Identify, monitor, track, and address emerging contractor performance and other contract management issues. Participate in periodic contract health check meetings with customer agencies to identify emerging issues.
- Conduct status checks on contractor compliance relative to their commitments and communicate with division staff and division stakeholders as needed to ensure compliance.
- Conduct status checks on contracts and communicate with division staff and division stakeholders as needed to ensure timely contract renewal or replacement.
- Participate in and / or assist with meetings and presentations as needed by the Contract Manager.
All you need for success :
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. (Substitution on the bachelor's degree may be allowed if 4 or more years of relevant procurement experience)
Desirable for the candidate to have 1-3 years of relevant procurement and / or contract management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background
checks involving a candidate's name and / or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
