Job Location: Division of Professional Registration, State Board of Nursing, 3605 Missouri Boulevard, Jefferson City, Missouri 65109. This is an in office position.

The position will be responsible for working the education area of the board that includes communicating with the faculty and administrators in the nursing programs. Candidates must have good, effective communication skills, be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, make routine decisions, organize workflow and establish priorities and deadlines.
- Conduct site visits as a part of the survey team and prepare reports regarding visit.
- Design, maintain annual report online survey, track nursing program’s completion, analyze data and provide aggregate reports.
- Maintain data nursing education website.
- Research, review and analyze data to compile various complex reports for presentation to the board and provide to the public.
- Research professional literature and compile reports related to current issues in nursing education.
- Prepare agenda and supplemental documents for board education committee and full board meetings and attend meetings to compile minutes.
- Manage education records including oversight of document scanning for permanent retention.
- Design and develop reporting forms and procedures.
- Conduct initial review of complaints against nursing programs and gather relevant supplemental information.
What we are looking for:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area.
- (Earned credit hours from an accredited college or university in the areas of business or public administration may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required experience)
- Knowledge of computer applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Lack of post‐secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
