TREATMENT MANAGER

What you’ll do:
The Program Director is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of the clinical technology of the assigned program. This includes:
- Ensuring that the program design and implementation demonstrate fidelity to best or evidence-based practice
- Day to day operational responsibility for the program, its staff and clients
- Supervisory responsibility for staff who have supervisory oversight of others
- Utilization training of all staff assigned to the program
- Development and annual revision of the Program Manual and development of the Program Treatment Schedule
- Quarterly and Annual evaluation of the program to validate the success of the program’s implementation
All you’ll need for success:
Minimum qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 15 earned credit hours in one or a combination of the following: Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, Pharmacology, Nursing, Education, Business, Public or Health Care Administration, or a closely related field; AND Four or more years of professional experience in mental health, education, social services, public administration, or a closely related area.
Preferred skills: The ideal candidate will have experience in providing or supervising treatment modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, or Risk-Need-Responsivity interventions. Experience in risk assessments as well as experience with an inpatient, forensic population.
