Enters data into and monitors the employer database.Develops and implements training and development opportunities in areas such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 503 Federal Contractor Requirements.Provides information and responds to inquiries related to employment opportunities that meet client goals and skills of job-ready clients.Explores and develops marketing activities in collaboration with VR marketing staff.Working Conditions and Travel : This position requires approximately 30% of work time spent in an office environment (e.g., state offices, home offices); the remaining 70% is spent traveling or working in alternative sites such as meetings, partnering businesses, career centers, and other VR offices. There is also approximately four days of overnight travel per year.Requirements / Qualifications : Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of experience related to the essential functions of the position. Any equivalent education and / or work experience may be substituted in order to meet the minimum qualifications of the position.Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Counseling related fields, and demonstrated success within a VR Program working with businesses and employers, establishing and maintaining partnerships.
