Your Role:
As a Behavioral Health Practitioner Supervisor II, you'll lead mental health services and programming while inspiring a dedicated team. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and mentoring LMHP and PLMHP staff.
- Developing treatment plans tailored to high-acuity youth.
- Providing direct therapy to youth facing behavioral, substance use, and mental health challenges.
- Coordinating interdisciplinary teams to ensure top-notch care.
- Acting as the on-call mental health expert, ensuring 24/7 support for our youth.

Requirements/ Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Behavioral Health Practitioner Supervisor I: Nebraska License as a Mental Health Practitioner.
Behavioral Health Practitioner Supervisor II: Nebraska License as a Mental Health Practitioner and Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LIMHP preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience.
- Experience with youth in juvenile justice or behavioral health programs.
Legal Requirements: Licensure requirements for all levels pursuant to Nebraska State Statutes 38-2122, 38-2124, and 38-316.
Salary:
- Level I: $30.146/hour Min Permanent Rate: $31.654/Hour
- Level II: $34.354/hour Min Permanent Rate $34.354/hour
- PLUS $3.00/hour shift differential for qualifying hours!
