Job Description
Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with rotating weekends and holidays off. $16.157/hr. PLUS $3 differential for every hour worked = $19.157/hr. while working $200 monthly bonus for commutes of 30 miles or more! Awesome benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and more! COME JOIN OUR TEAM TODAY!
Job Duties
Clean member's rooms, restrooms and facility offices to include walls, windows, and ceilings. Remove laundry from living areas; may assist with delivery of clean linen and personals to resident's rooms. Empty trash containers, carpet care including vacuuming, spot removal & shampooing and perform other floor cleaning duties; mop, buff and wax when necessary.
Requirements/ Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: No specific education, training, or experience is required for entry into this classification.
Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge and cleaning experience in commercial business, hospital, medical building or long term care facility; Experience with floor care such as: high & low speed buffers, carpet extractor, auto scrubber, and floor scrubber.
Other: Ability to operate heavy commercial cleaning equipment. Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Knowledge of: Custodial/Housekeeping duties; basic cleaning equipment; industrial equipment.
Ability to: communicate effectively; safely mix cleaning solutions to proper proportions using concentrated cleaning agents for a variety of surfaces; work independently or as a team; move around to work safely, lift and move lightweight objects; use common cleaning tools, lightweight vacuum cleaners and industrial equipment; maintain care and use of supplies, equipment, etc.; work among hostile, emotionally upset, disabled and geriatric members; read label directions, precautions and hazards.
