Job Description:
Key duties include conducting audits, developing corrective action plans, preparing documentation for surveys and audits, analyzing quality assurance data, and providing guidance on Title XIX regulations and best practices. The supervisor will also be responsible for developing and delivering training, evaluating staff performance, and ensuring individuals' rights are upheld.

Wages: $29.629/hour, plus an additional $3/hour for every hour worked!
Job duties:
- Lead auditing and quality assurance reviews of Interdisciplinary Treatment Team/QDDP work.
- Develop and implement quality assurance monitoring tools and corrective action plans.
- Prepare documentation for surveys and audits.
- Analyze quality assurance data, prepare reports, and monitor performance indicators.
- Provide guidance on compliance with policies, procedures, Title XIX Regulations, and best practices.
- Develop processes to ensure consistent support for individuals served.
- Create training materials and assess QDDP training effectiveness.
- Meet regularly with QDDPs to discuss best practices, training, and performance.
- Ensure individuals' rights are preserved and QDDP coverage at facilities.
- Supervise and evaluate staff, manage personnel actions, and facilitate hiring processes.
- Review and approve individual treatment plans, monitor program quality, and collaborate with facility managers.
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge of:
- Developmental disabilities service delivery, state/federal standards, survey procedures, and data analysis.
- DD treatment principles, policies, and practices, including individual active treatment plans.
Mediation, conflict resolution, and Title XIX regulations.
Skills in:
- Building relationships, effective communication, planning, and problem-solving.
- Critical thinking, persuasion, and independent judgment.
Ability to:
- Collaborate with individuals with developmental disabilities, families, teams, and other stakeholders.
- Manage workload effectively, delegate tasks, and lead teams.
- Analyze situations, collect data, and prepare reports.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Individual Program Plans.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a human service field that meets the qualifications for a Qualified Developmental Disability Professional as defined by the Regulations of Title XIX Standard 483.430, AND one year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual or other developmental disabilities. Experience coordinating, leading and/or supervising others in the field of Developmental Disabilities.
Legal Requirements : Bachelor’s degree from a college or university in the human services field, as defined in the Title XIX Standards 483.430(b) (5) (x) 583.430 (a) (3) (I) (ii) 483.40 (B) (i ix), which includes the:
a) Study of human behavior (e.g., psychology, sociology, speech, communication, gerontology, etc.)
b) Human skill development (e.g., education, counseling, special education, human development, etc.)
c) Humans and their cultural behavior (e.g., anthropology).
d) Any other field of study of services related to basic human care or the human condition (e.g., rehabilitation, counseling, literature, the arts, etc.), and has at least one year
Preferred Qualifications: 5 Years of Supervisory Experience, Prior experience in developing Quality Improvement (QI) plans, Familiarity with Title XIX Regulations
