About the Job
This summer engineering internship is designed for students who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of engineering. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various highway construction projects, supplementing your classroom experience with valuable industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction projects are progressing as planned
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using computer programs
- Participate in survey crews and perform tests on construction materials
As a member of our team, you will be expected to lift up to 100 pounds, climb, bend, stoop, walk long distances, and work in outdoor temperature extremes.
Requirements
To be eligible for this internship, you must be a three-fourths time student in good standing, majoring in a discipline related to the work to be assigned.
