Job Description:
Job Duties:
- Maintains all the grounds and landscape to include using chemical uses
- Operating power tools such as mowers, snow removal equipment and a variety of tools of the trade
- Performs unskilled and semi-skilled building maintenance
- Utilizes a computer to document maintenance of equipment
- Check and stock inventory of supplies
- Clean public areas to ensure sanitation and safety are maintained
- Other duties as assigned
Starting hourly pay rate is $16.157.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: No specific education, training, or experience is required.
Other: Background check will be required. Must have a valid driver's license.
