Job Description:
SCHEDULE: Block schedules working every-other weekend. Set hours. Works 40 hours every two weeks.
PAY RATE: $19.157/ Hour (Breakdown: $16.157/Hour $3.00/Hour Differential for all hours worked) Shift Differentials
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: No specific education, training, or experience is required for entry to this class.
KNOWLEDGE OF: Safety precautions followed in building maintenance operations; commercial cleaning practices, equipment, supplies and techniques.
SKILL IN: The use of building maintenance equipment; basic office and computer skills including competency in the use of email and building system applications.
ABILITY TO: Communicate effectively, understand and follow instructions, read and comprehend equipment manuals; utilize and maintain hand tools and building equipment safely; operate industrial-type cleaning equipment.
