- Conduct regular home visits and assessments to ensure compliance with court orders and conditions of probation.
- Collaborate with treatment providers and community agencies to provide access to necessary services and resources.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the court and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social services, criminal justice, or a directly related field.
- Two years of experience in case management in a related field.
