Job Summary
We are seeking a Temporary Superintendent I to assist with administering, managing, and supervising park housekeeping operations at Fort Robinson State Park. The successful candidate will have experience in park/recreation management or a related field, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and organizing crews responsible for cleaning rental units, shower houses, bathrooms, lodge rooms, and outhouses
- Assisting with managing quality control, inventories, equipment, and building maintenance
- Overseeing the hiring, training, and supervision of seasonal workforce
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in park/recreation management or a related field
- One year of related experience or one year of coursework/training in park/recreation management may substitute for the Bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis
- Experience and/or education related to park housekeeping operations
