The Position
Clinical Program Managers plan, organize, implement and direct one or more mental health, intellectual disabilities, and/or child development service delivery programs by establishing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures; monitoring and evaluating program performance; developing and monitoring budgets; integrating programs with other state and community services; and supervising clinical and administrative staff, typically including licensed Psychologists and/or subordinate supervisors of professional clinicians.
The Division of Child and Family Services is recruiting for a Clinical Program Manager 1 within the Child and Adolescent Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) in Las Vegas. The position will supervise and provide clinical consultation for teams in Las Vegas and support Reno. The Mobile Crisis Response Team receives and triages calls from families and community partners, responds in teams to families with children experiencing a mental or behavioral health crisis. Responses can take place in emergency departments, schools, homes, and other community settings. Clinical Program Manager 1 staff are responsible for documentation review, triaging hotline calls, and conducting live supervision and training for direct staff. Supervisors are responsible for providing on-call crisis supervision to teams during and outside of regular working hours on a rotational and assigned schedule. Supervisors may provide live supervision in the community and will support trainees with supervision and modeling. In order to be qualified, you must meet the following requirements:

Education and Experience (Minimum Qualifications) A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in clinical psychology, clinical social work, counseling, or a curriculum related to the option(s) identified, and three years of post-Master's degree professional experience in a human service delivery setting, one of which included supervision of professionals in the option(s) identified; OR a Doctoral degree (Ph.D or Psy.D) from an accredited college or university in clinical psychology, clinical social work, counseling, or a curriculum related to the option(s) identified, and two years of experience as described above, one of which included supervision of professionals in the option(s) identified. Special Requirements A pre-employment criminal history check and fingerprinting are required. Persons offered employment in this position will be required to pay for these items. Proof of a valid driver's license or evidence of equivalent mobility is required at the time of appointment and as a condition of continued employment. This position is required to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Additional Position Criteria Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Professional Counselor or Psychologist is required.
