Key Responsibilities:
- User Support: Provide empathetic and responsive assistance for user requests and issues, diagnosing and prioritizing problems. Log details in our service desk management system and resolve basic requests via phone or in-person.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve user issues through diagnostics and research, ensuring timely support and clear communication.
- Printer Management: Oversee printer functionality, including toner replacement and user access assistance.
- Training and Guidance: Support users in utilizing office productivity software effectively and assist with the installation and configuration of telecommunication equipment.
- Procurement Support: Contribute to hardware and software procurement, maintaining accurate inventory records and managing loaner equipment.
- Installation and Maintenance: Conduct installations and routine maintenance of computers, printers, and software, ensuring all systems function effectively.
- Project Participation: Collaborate on projects as a team member or lead, fostering innovation in IT operations and policies to enhance service delivery.
- Courtroom Audio/Visual Support: Operate and troubleshoot audio/visual equipment in the courtroom, ensuring all sessions run smoothly and that participants can effectively use presentation and recording tools.
Qualifications:
- Technical proficiency in computer hardware, software, and peripheral management. Relevant certifications are welcome but not required.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Experience with service desk procedures, inventory tracking, and familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools is a plus.
