Job Description-Clinic Director
The Division of Public and Behavioral Health: Rural Clinics is recruiting for a full time Clinic Director in Fallon. Rural Clinics provides an array of outpatient behavioral health services for both adults and children in 16 clinics which are located in 12 counties across Rural Nevada. Services are generally provided Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Services assist individuals to achieve self-sufficiency and recovery and follow Agency procedures and reimbursement guidelines. Rural Clinics provides ongoing training including release time to attend training not Agency-sponsored. Direct an outpatient behavioral health service delivery program by following established goals, objectives, policies, procedures and ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. The incumbent will also supervise personnel; collaborate with other state and community services for the coordination of care in compliance with state laws and agency procedures; conduct intakes and make eligibility determinations; complete required paperwork; provide direct individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, or psycho-educational groups. In order to be qualified, you must meet the following requirements: Master's degree from an accredited college or university in counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, social work or closely related academic field and three years of post-master's degree professional mental health counseling experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and clinical experience at or above a master's degree and experience as described above.
Special Requirements A pre-employment criminal history check and fingerprinting are required. Persons offered employment in this position will be required to pay for these items.
The incumbent must have a valid professional counseling license (e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) and be in good standing with their applicable board.

Pay: $76,608.72 - $114,693.84 per hour
