Under the direction of a leave programs supervisor, this position will be primarily responsible for providing guidance, coordinating, processing, tracking, and monitoring leave events for the employees of numerous State agencies. Leave programs include FMLA, military leave, catastrophic leave, State paid family leave. The HRT3 will also be responsible for processing employees ADA requests for accommodation, tracking workers compensation and unemployment claims, and assisting with fitness for duty, drug testing, and ergonomic evaluation processes.
