- Location: Elmhurst, NY
- Duration: 3 Months (Ongoing Contract)
- Shift: Shifts may vary between 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, or 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in medication preparation and distribution
- Maintain drug inventory and ensure proper storage
- Adhere to Federal, State, and local pharmacy regulations
- Rotate between satellite locations and shifts as needed
- Perform IV room and sterile processing tasks
- Operate and troubleshoot automated dispensing systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacy dispensing experience
- Experience in sterile processing and IV room preferred
- Must be licensed as a Registered Pharmacy Technician by NYSED
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within time constraints
