- Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health
- Shift Type: 8-hour Days (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Duration: 13 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform 5-6 patient visits per day (minimum).
- Provide home health services to patients of diverse ages, conditions, and cultural backgrounds in various settings, including inpatient facilities and patient homes.
- Accurately document patient care and outcomes using computer systems.
- Travel to and from patient locations in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications:
- Current licensure and registration as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
- Valid New York State driver’s license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Proven home health experience.
- Proficiency in computer literacy for data entry, retrieval, and report generation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Compensation Details:
- Federal Mileage Rate: 65.5 cents per mile.
