Position Overview
These positions will provide administrative support for the Provider Audit unit. The Administrative Assistants will help with scanning, archiving, logging and filing of current and historical Medicaid cost reports and cost report data. These positions will also assist with managing calendars and other clerical duties assigned by management.Â
Job Specific Responsibilities
High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one year of administrative
experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Assist with downsizing records and storage footprintsÂ
- Demonstrated ability to research and resolve discrepancies independently
- Proven ability to use general office equipment such as a fax, printer, copier/scanner, and computer
- Administrative support experience managing calendars
- Ability to interface with a variety of individuals internally and externally in a professional manner
- Administrative support experience with cost reports and cost settlements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detailÂ
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Word
- Administrative support experience with audits
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and ethics
- One year of administrative support experience in a health care setting
