This temporary position is located in Raleigh NC - Wake County.
Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $20.67 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).
This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Health and Human Services. This position is located at 4312 District Dr, Raleigh, NC 27607.
- Administer travel program to process travel authorizations and vouchers for traveler reimbursement.
- Manage capitalized and inventoried fixed assets and surplus equipment.
- Track state owned cell phone authorizations.
- Process decedent transporter billing and communications.
- Provide procurement administration support.

- Ability to interpret policies and procedures and apply them to program areas which include financial accounting, procurement, travel, billing, asset management and other administrative tasks.

- Ability to utilize office equipment (Phone, Computer, Printer, Scanner and Fax) and other relevant technology (software and systems) to meet organizational needs. Including Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to communicate and present ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written form.
