This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. Temporary employees who work an annual average of 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for health insurance coverage under the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Health and Human Services. This position is located at 805 Ruggles Dr., Raleigh, NC 27603.
The position will work in tandem with the pilot sites
Bachelor's degree in a discipline relative to the program served from an appropriately accredited institution; or Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of experience in an area related to program that provides experience in techniques of casework or counseling; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Provide career counseling and guidance to SWTCIE participants
- Provide additional services beyond the life of the SWTCIE grant to assist with sustainability
- Provide any applicable services to promote CIE to clients not offered by the SWTICE grant
- Assist with connecting the participant to other government support programs and supports that may be needed
- May conduct a comprehensive assessment or order a vocational evaluation, if needed
- May assist with physical restoration services, if needed
- Knowledge of or experience with working with the publicÂ
- Knowledge of or experience with working with a team
- Knowledge of government support programs and supports that may be needed
