Job Responsibilities Include The Following
- Assisting with completing the review of the CMS64(backup detail, enrollment, CCME, Waivers, etc.), CMS21, CMS 21B, and CMS37 on a quarterly basis.
- Completing the inmate billing to the Department of Public Safety.
- Reviewing all contract invoices payments so that they are accurately recorded. Tracking, modifying and/or creating new POs to ensure funding is available and payments are accurate in the ledger.
- Processing financial and accounting products to include: invoices, reimbursement requests, APD's, purchase orders, and cost settlements.
- Providing support to adhoc analyses and reports on an as needed basis.
- Preparing journal entries to correct account coding.
