This position has responsibility of assisting operators with fulfillment equipment operations including folders and insertion systems, routine maintenance on equipment, merging and sorting reports for county DSS offices and clients. This position also processes a variety of reports for clients and assists with processing other workloads as needed. This positions is also involved in quality control, which includes check print quality, providing assistance to ensure jobs are processed accurately and isolating damaged work that needs to be reprinted. This work is performed under supervision of IT Operation Technicians within the DHHS IT Printing Operations Section.

Position responsible can include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide printing and fulfillment procedures as necessary, ensuring scheduled production deadlines are met;
  • Operate printing/processing equipment
  • Schedule workloads with management to ensure unit goals are met
  • Maintain and restock printing and inserting supplies

Qualified applicants must possess, and application must clearly reflect work experience that demonstrates the following:

  • Demonstrated experience operating Pitney Bowes Flexible Productivity Series 9 Inserter
  • Documented experience operating Pitney Bowes Rival Inserter
  • Background experience working in a large print to mail operation

Management Preferences (if applicable):
  • Knowledge of DHHS mass benefit disbursement operations
  • Experience processing high-volume production data for distribution to DHHS clients, vendors, and benefit
