We currently have an opening for a Systems Analyst II - Contract & Vendor Relations

The position is designated Statutory Exempt and is exempt from the State Human Resources Act.

This position will develop and implement organization wide policy, process, metrics, measurement and governance for all stakeholders involved in the lifecycle management of IT contracts and vendors within the DIT Enterprise Operations organization. Stakeholders include but are not limited to, Engineering, Operations, Security, Legal, Fiscal, Procurement, Service Owners and Contract owners.

To qualify for this position, applicants must document on the application that they possess ALL of the following :

  • Demonstrated experience in developing reports, dashboards and / or business analytics
  • Demonstrated experience with developing business applications such as PowerBI, Sharepoint, and ServiceNow
  • Demonstrated experience gathering and / or interpreting applications systems requirements
  • Working knowledge of IT contract life cycle management and vendor management processes

Management Preference :

  • Experience collaborating with procurement professionals on requests for proposals

    Bachelor's degree in computer science or an IT related field or related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of experience in business application consulting or development

    Associate degree in computer science or an IT related field from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of experience in application consulting or development

    High School or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and six years of experience in business application consulting or development; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
