This Human Resources Office is a team of dedicated professionals that perform a full range of support functions to the facility.
We are currently recruiting for a HR Technician I to function as a Timekeeper. The position is responsible for auditing and approving time in Kronos on a weekly basis as well as entering time into the Fiori (Beacon / SAP) system while employees are out on medical leave. The position investigates / audits and corrects any discrepancies or errors reported to timekeeping and forwards findings to the appropriate discipline. The position reports any errors in work rules and time controls to supervisor for further investigation. The position oversees time entry / issues for around 700 employees. The position will track FMLA hours and work with other HR team members to ensure that employees are not overpaid. This position requires the ability to learn, interpret and explain policies and procedures as set forth by Fiori (Beacon), Central Regional Hospital Policies and the North Carolina State Personnel Manual.
This is a full-time position and eligible for the full State benefits package. The normal work hours are Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm, however, flexibility is required to meet hospital needs.
