Description of Work
Provides leadership to meet agency mission and goals within the context of its stated values. Provides administrative, clinical and case management supervision including training and technical assistance, personnel administration, and evaluation and planning. Designs and implement action plans to develop personnel and programs. Works cooperatively with third-party school programs, multiple community rehabilitation programs, community partners and agencies, businesses, and the Division of Workforce Solutions. Coordinates a vast array of specialized services from a diverse group of service providers and incorporates those resources into the service delivery functions of the Unit’s work. Ensures that all aspects of the Unit’s work are in compliance with federal regulations, state laws, and DHHS and DVR policies.

Master's degree in rehabilitation counseling, counseling, or a closely related human services field from an appropriately accredited institution and four years of experience as an independent counselor to include one year of supervisory experience;

Current certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) and four years of experience as an independent counselor to include one year of supervisory experience;
OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
