Minimum Qualifications
Requirements include a bachelor’s in computer science, management information systems, or a related field and seven years of IT service delivery experience, with at least six years in an IT business analyst or technical analyst role.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop long-term strategies to resolve systemic problems facing users, agencies, and OMES.
- Assist organizations in identifying and removing impediments to value delivery.
- Assist organizations with developing and presenting value metrics.
- Identify, document, and present technical strategies and holistic process flows.
- Create technical and architectural diagrams.
- Translate technical concepts to non-technical people.
- Act as agency-level agile coach, focusing on organizational change management.
- Develop and support technology and software development systems.
- Identify and document systems architecture.
- Mentor, coach, and train other analysts.
- Maintain a high level of user trust, satisfaction, and confidence.
- Stay up to date with current technologies, technical developments, and business analysis best practices.

- SDLC experience and proficiency in Azure DevOps.
- Agile or Scrum Certification and three years of practical experience.
- Greenbelt, Blackbelt, or Lean certification or two years of practical experience.
- Demonstrable understanding of business agility principles.
- Ability to write technical and architectural documentation.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- A demonstrable understanding of technical and analytical concepts.
- Practical experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Product Owner.
- Relevant certifications (Scrum, PMI, ICAgile, IIBA, etc.)
