- Reviewing medical records for completeness and accuracy and referring incomplete or inaccurate reports to appropriate staff for correction.
- Preparing statistical, case, and other types of reports.
- Preparing materials and forms and gathering all pertinent information and data for admissions and discharges.
- Ensuring all data is properly coded.
- Preparing and entering the facility census info and reporting the data.Job Type / Salary :

- Primary Working Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-1pm
