Performs accounting and administrative duties to ensure accuracy of all department fiscal and time keeping data within the Facilities Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and the University’s ERP system (PeopleSoft.)
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping principles and practices. Ability to interpret and apply financial procedures and regulations. Ability to perform analysis of financial records.
