Coastal Regional Center is a residential facility of the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs located in Summerville, SC serving residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The incumbent will be receiving primary supervision from the Facility Administrator and secondary supervision from Quality Manager. The incumbent must be able to use telephone, computer, fax machine, and copier. Must be proficient in MS Office software. Knowledge in electronic records and management of databases for queries.
1. Organize information, both routine and confidential, processed through Facility Administrator's office. Serves as liaison between all departments. Schedules meetings, appointments, conferences, travel arrangements and processes all telephone communications. Responsible for filing and ordering supplies.
2. Assist in retrieving requested files during Department of Public Health survey and assisting in compiling the Plan of Correction submissions with the Quality Manager.
3. Maintaining spreadsheet for Coastal Center campus census to include level of functioning, BSP, Drug Plan, and adaptive equipment. Updating "Level of Care" spreadsheet. Develop a Directives spreadsheet to ensure all directives are updated.
4. Taking meeting minutes lead by Facility Administrator and at Emergency Preparedness Meeting.
5. Submit Abuse Neglect Exploitation/Critical/Death report monthly to Human Rights Committee
6. Other duties as determined by Facility Administrator, Assistant Facility Administrator and Quality Assurance Manager.

Salary : $32,686 - $46,578
