In this position you will perform the following job duties:
- Recruit, hire and retain employees.
- Lead, supervise, coach and mentor all area personnel in delivering consumer centered services and achieving the Agency Mission.
- Keep with the Standards of the Program Integrity to ensure area balance in Compliance Assurance, Quality Customer Service Productivity and Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act measures.
- Ensure direct placement activities are being provided to consumers requiring this service and ensure all staff are actively engaged and achieve assigned tasks and/or placement goals.
- Ensure Job Readiness Training (JRT) services and daily operations are safe and effective; achieve yearly/monthly assigned goals and agency performance standards.
- Complete performance appraisals and planning documents.
- Proper upkeep of buildings, grounds and maintain safety standards.
- Manage Area Office and JRT budgets and spending.
- Master's degree required, preferably in Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in leadership roles required.
- Requires local travel; occasional overnight travel required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Supervisory experience preferred.
